According to Apple’s iPhone availability tool, iPhone is sold out in all Apple Stores with the exceptions of Tigard, OR and one in Pittsburgh, PA.
How long is it going to take for Stores to have a refill? That is the big question we are all wondering.
A website even suggests that AT&T has activated over a million iPhones since its launch last week. Jobs original sales objective was a million in six months not six days. Even if this information is denied, the 500 000 unit sold in a week is probably a conservative one right now.
And people were wondering if iPhone was going to cannibalize the iPod! Even if iPod sales have been lower than usual this week, overall Apple’s portable device sales are certainly up.
