Germany: T-Mobile can Sell Locked iPhones

T-Mobile – Germany wins its legal battle against Vodafone over sales conditions for the iPhone, which T-Mobile sells exclusively in Germany.

A German court decided in favour of T-Mobile and said that T-Mobile can sell the iPhone with a locked SIM card.

T-Mobile said it planned to return to its original sales conditions for the phone as soon as possible.

France will then be the only country where the iPhone can legally be bought unlocked.
