Well, if you are, Monster might have a solution for you. The charger shown on the above picture, comes with control buttons conveniently located on the top of it. It also has a 3.5mm audio connector to hook the iPhone or iPod to an auxiliary input of a car sound system.
Not all sound systems have such an input, but if yours does have one, this product could be an inexpensive iPhone car integration, with no compromise on sound quality.
