According to a note written by RBC Capital Markets analyst Mike Abramsky, The Wall Street Journal has reported that the iPhone 3G (originally set to ship this summer) has possibly been delayed due to the need to further test the product’s functionality, and fine-tune it’s partner network compatibility. This rumor has yet to be confirmed (or even acknowledged) by Apple, at this point there is a fair amount of speculation as to the validity of this claim.
