Up until this point I have not been a big fan of any of the available stylus options for the iPhone, mainly because you just do not really need such a device. Of course there are those times that are hands are dirty, and a stylus may be nicer than cleaning the nasty smudges from the display after you use it.
ThinkGeek has a very nicely designed stylus that not only comes at an affordable $14.99, but has a nice spring-loaded point, and a built-in SIM ejecting tool. While I cannot think of a good reason to have a SIM eject tool, much less one built-in to my stylus, I suppose it cannot hurt to have it around.
The stylus is the “iPhone Japanese Touch Pen Stylus” and comes in black or silver, it features a spring-loaded end which was designed to “emulate your finger” and allow for “precision selection of on-screen items.” Sounds a bit fancy for a stylus, but nonetheless it has a nice look to it.
If nothing else it may be nice to type out some quick text messages or emails, as the end could be a little more precise for those with (as ThinkGeek puts it) oversized stubby man fingers.
