It appears that we now have a few more confirmations for the upcoming August 22 launch of the iPhone 3G, they include India, Singapore, Estonia, Romania and the Czech Republic.
The carriers will be Bharti Airtel and Vodafone in India, Singtel in Singapore, EMT in Estonia, Orange in Romania and Telefonica in the Czech Republic.
Most of the carriers still have yet to announce and pricing for either the handset or the plans, but Singtel has offered up a website for potential customers to sign up in order to receive priority on the day of the launch.
The one drawback, which is experienced by plenty of areas here in the US with AT&T is the lack of 3G coverage, and while the phone will launch in India, they do not have any 3G network currently in place.
