Apple has notified the media of Apple event for the Tuesday, the 9th of this month is on. It’s fairly certain they will be unveiling new iPods (what would Autumn be without Falling iPods?), but it’s not certain whether any real goodies will be forthcoming. Could it be that the rather homely rumored Nano that has been shown on some sites will be “all there is?” We doubt it. Well, at least we HOPE NOT!
There’s been a lot of iPod chatter in the air lately and now MacRumors and Ars Technica there will be some hot new stuff available after the September 9th unveiling. Perhaps it won’t be so much new products as new pricing and marketing strategies. A subscription service and possibly a lower price on the iPod Touch are being tossed around on various blogs.
Tune in at 10am on the 9th and get the word from the Horse’s Mouth.

There is a lot of chatter about a brand new iPod nano. I’m willing to bet that they will be announcing a brand new iPod nano. I doubt that they will change anything on the classic since it still sells so well.

Check out this link for pics of HAMA’s iPod nano 4G case that was released a moment prematurely. There will probably be much more from Apple besides a simple redesign of the nano.
