iLuv has just announced a new portable speaker system for the iPhone dubbed the iSP100 Mini Portable Stereo Speaker. The iSP100 features 720 degree surround sound through its 4 watt speakers. In addition it connects using a standard 3.5mm jack, which will make it compatible with the iPhone 3G, original iPhone, any iPod and even most other MP3 players on the market today.
The iSP100 should be easy to carry around thanks to its small size, measuring in at 5.5 x 2.1 x 1.4-inches and weighing only .264-pounds. The speaker is powered by three AAA batteries and even comes with its own carrying pouch.
The iSP100 will be available beginning in late September and is expected to retail for $34.99.
