If you were hoping that Walmart would begin offering a $99 iPhone 3G and were disappointed when they announced that they would only be snipping a mere $2 from Apple’s price, fear not, AT&T is now offering a $99 refurbished iPhone 3G!
According to MacRumors,
“Analysts believed that dropping the starting price of the iPhone to $99 could double or triple projected sales.”
Apparently this offer is for a limited time only (sorry for sounding like a clichéd television commercial) so get it while it’s hot!

Note, that the refurbs are only available for new customers and existing customers who want to add a line… you cannot upgrade to this phone if you are already an ATT customer. Ends tomorrow too.
