Despite the numerous ebook readers that are already available for the iPhone via the App Store, this latest announcement should come as good news for avid readers. Google has just optimized Google Book Search for the iPhone and with it comes around 1.5 million books.
When browsing for a title to read, users will be able to browse by pre-set categories such as Adventure, Classics, Drama, General Fiction, History, Philosophy, Romance, Short Story, Travel and more. You can also search for a specific title that you may be looking for. Additionally, there is also a Featured Books section. Then once you have found the title you are looking for and begin reading, the site will save it under Recently Viewed Books in the My Books section.
