If you have a large data pack and use tethering to access the internet on a PC/MAC it makes no sense to block app downloads over 10mb. I have to waste time booting my computer and launch itunes to download something the phone is capable of doing itself. now apple has taken over a large chunk of the mobile phone market they really need to start listening to their customers. a lot of users have 3g as their primary internet connection.
