App piracy is something that I mentioned here before, and while I firmly believe in paying for my apps there are some that prefer to get them for free. Given that, those users would most likely to hear about an app that is currently offering cracked versions of 4000 apps for free.
Well, in this case, 4000 apps for free is a technicality, and this is where I have an even bigger problem than simply loading cracked apps. It turns out that the developer behind the Mega app is not really offering them for free, instead he has chosen to make a profit off of them. Well, in all fairness, new users can download ten apps entirely for free before having to pay any membership fees.
Yup, that is the catch, in order to fully use Mega you will have to become a member and PAY membership fees. Those fees are $9.99 for one month, $23.99 for three months or $41.99 for six months. Wow, not only are they pirates, but they are blatantly profiting off of those pirated apps.
I am not going to post the details on how to install the Mega app, just because I do not personally agree with it, of course, I am sure it can be found easily enough should you desire to go that route.
Also, as a quick note to anyone from Mega that may come across this post. Your method of monetization in dealing with cracked (ie: stolen) apps is just plain wrong. How about you find another (possibly legal) way to make some money.

This happens all the time, just because someone is making a nice neat bundle they think they can charge money. Guaranteed none of those apps were cracked by the site owner. These are freely distributed on the web and newsgroups. You need an unlocked and pawned iphone, but just like ALL mac apps, ALL iphone apps can be and are cracked regularly in large volumes as they are easy to do, from what I have seen posted and can be turned out quite rapidly since they are tailored to fit your ipod’s “altered” state and have programs to import these apps etc… Read articles or search google.

i use installous to get free apps ive gottten 20 dollar music studios, games, encyclopedias, and any other type of app and its great.Your a retard it is illegal but you wont get in trouble and theres no way they can find you. IGNORE HIM its great getting anything you want for free.

program – camera genius has a software bomb in it _ if you download it – it will not install and give you a 256 errior – you will also not be able to use mega apps for downloading any more – it will be disabled

to fix 256 error – you must uninstall mega, reboot iphone , reinstall mega, set up new account – do not use old user name or password
