It should go without saying (aside from the fact that it is wrong to steal) that if you do not know how to use the phone you just stole, then you should not touch it.
It seems that an iPhone has once again helped catch the person who stole it. This latest incident happened when Sayaka Fukuda was waiting to board a train on her way home. In this case, she was mugged and the thief stole her purse and her iPhone.
After the crime, Fukuda reported this incident to police and gave a description, however it was not until she arrived home that she received some better information to give to the police. It turns out that when checking her email, she had a message in her outbox. Knowing that she had not sent anything she opened it and was greeted with an image of the thief — complete with the same “black and red knitted [Spider-Man] hat” that she already told the police about.
Long story short, the police were able to determine who he was then arrested and charged with robbery and grand larceny. It turns out the Daquan was also guilty of another robbery involving an iPod, which he stole at gunpoint.
It seems that Apple products are becoming hard for Daquan to resist.
Below is the full size image that the iPhone thief, who is better known as Daquan Mathis took of himself.

Sometimes you just have to laugh at people. This guy definitely wasn’t thinking when he committed this crime.

Well he will be disappointed to learn that there no iPhones in prison, only pay phones which he will have to wait in line to use…… That is if his new “daddy” will let him..LOL

Yea it looks like the only phone that he will be using now will be something that is attached to his new prison Daddy.

I doubt he’ll spend any time in prison at all. C’mon, a Judge will look a this, say he was disadvantaged because he didn’t understand computers and telecommunications because of he skipped school and was a drop out and let him off the hook because his stupidity is our fault.

Strange, he doesn’t look like a criminal.

Proving yet again, that crime is the last refuge of the stupid. The irony is that were they actually smart enough to get away with their crimes, they’d also be smart enough to know not to commit them.
