Trent Reznor drops hints of upcoming Nine Inch Nails iPhone app

Sure, there is already a branded NIN edition of Tap Tap Revenge, but it seems that there will soon be an additional NIN app to choose from in the App Store. Trent Reznor, the man behind the band Nine Inch Nails has been dropping some hints recently on Twitter about the upcoming app for the iPhone.

“NIN iPhone app has been submitted to the app store. Exciting geek moment!”

Unfortunately, he has not given away many details, but based on his use of technology and the web in the past, I imagine it will be a worthwhile download, assuming you are a fan.

Basically, what we have so far is that the app will be free (good news) and that it has already been submitted for approval. He also stated that they are “thinking of making a preview video later this week to explain the app.”
