ZumoDrive exits private beta, releases Supersize Me iPhone app

ZumoDrive has recently announced that they have left the private beta status, and announced their public availability and with that news comes a few other bits of excitement. To begin with, users can now visit the website and sign up for an account without having to get an invitation.

Otherwise, they have announced the availability of their iPhone app, which is called Supersize Me. Once installed on your iPhone, you can access the files that you have in your ZumoDrive. The app is able to access just about any file type to include audio (MP3 and AAC) and images as well as Word, Excel or PDF files. Personally, I am using ZumoDrive as a PDF formatted ebook reader (although at times the text can be a little small).

ZumoDrive offers users 1GB of storage for free with upgrades available for more storage. If you choose, you can upgrade to 10GB of storage for $2.99 a month, 25GB for $6.99, 50GB for $11.99 or 100GB for $19.99 a month.

Another important note, the Supersize Me app is currently available for free in the App Store, however that price is just for a “limited time” and will be regularly priced at $4.99. In other words, you may want to grab it now, just in case.
