In a little bit of lighter iPhone related news, it appears that at least one Palm Pre user has switched from the iPhone and lets just hope he stays happy with his decision.

The new Pre user had upgraded from the original iPhone and in true switcher glory, he decided it was a good idea to smash the iPhone with a hammer. Talk about showing some dedication. Of course, on the flip side, even an original iPhone is still going to be worth a few bucks on the used market and it seems to me that it could have went towards the purchase of the Pre.
