You have to give the person who posted this ad some credibility for honesty, however I would like to think that no one would be willing to purchase this iPhone 3G after knowing what happened. That said, I am never really surprise by anything that I hear about being posted on Craigslist.
Anyway, the item in question is a “3 month old iPhone 3G” which is noted as being “in perfect working condition.” So far, this sounds good, especially considering the $300 price tag, but the ad goes on to include something that is just gross.
It seems the iPhone was dropped in urine, yes urine, as in on the floor of a public mens room. The person posting the ad promises that the iPhone was “picked up immediately” and wiped off “really really good.” Still I am not spending 300 bucks on an iPhone that was dropped in pee.

Well… That all depends on what you think is gross or not gross.

You would never see an add like that on eBay!! An eBay seller would have said somthing like “Condition, Mint as if dipped in gold” Newly polished 3g.

It looks like the listing has been taken down. Personally, I would have no problem buying that iPhone if I got a good deal on it. It would have to be a better deal than $300, though.

Well, I guess it's more of a P-phone than an Iphone…..
