To begin with, all of the calling plans are all available with either an 18 or 24 month agreement and as you would expect you will be paying a bit more for your iPhone if you choose the 18 month agreement.

Moving on, price wise, the 8GB iPhone 3G will range from free up to £96.89 (around $160 US) with the 16GB iPhone 3G S coming in between free and £184.98 (around $303 US) and the 32GB iPhone 3G S coming in between free and £274.23 (around $450 US).

In regards to calling plans, they will range in price from as low as £29.38 (around $48 US) for 75 minutes and go as high as £73.41 (around $120 US) for 3000 minutes. On the low end, each calling plan will have a minimum of 125 messages per month and go up to 500. Additionally, according to the breakdown it looks like all plans will include unlimited data and Wi-Fi.

As far as availability, the 8GB iPhone 3G is already available and you can grab the iPhone 3G S on June 19.

Finally, it looks like O2 will be offering three options for current iPhone 3G users looking to upgrade. They can either “wait until eligible for an upgrade,” “purchase the iPhone 3G S on Pay & Go from June 19″ or “pay the remainder of their monthly line rental in one payment and sign a new Pay Monthly contract.” In other words it does not look like any special exceptions are going to be made for current iPhone 3G users looking to upgrade.
