Getting away from the iPhone related rumors for a bit, we now have a Steve Jobs related rumor. Of course, in a way this is still technically an iPhone rumor because this is about him making a return to unveil the new iPhone.
Anyway, assuming we can believe the latest report from the Wall Street Journal, it looks like Steve Jobs will be returning in time for WWDC and the unveiling of the next-gen iPhone. It should be pointed out that while the WSJ is more than a respected and trustworthy source, in this instance they seem to be making the assumption based on stories from two people who do business with Apple.
Additionally, according to a spokesperson for Apple, Steve Jobs will be returning at the end of June, as planned.
