If we can believe these recently revealed specs are accurate (and there is not any good reason why we should not) then it looks like good news. Anyway, thanks to the T-Mobile.nl website, we now know that the iPhone 3G S is powered by a 600MHz processor and has 256MB of RAM.
Overall, it looks good, especially for those looking to upgrade from another iPhone. Basically, as compared to the iPhone 3G the RAM has been doubled and the processor has taken a nice step up from a 412MHz processor.
Bottom line, it is just nice to see some sort of confirmation on these numbers, even it was not officially released by Apple. Of course, all things considered it seems strange that Apple would not want us to know. For one, it may be of some use to developers, not to mention these were the rumored specs.

looks like Apple may have had them remove the RAM and processor info cause the T-mobile site no longer has that info…

Apple will release their Quarterly figures soon which should show roughly seven million i Phones sold, figures the 5800, N97, Omnia HD etc can only dream about.
