However I tend to agree with you, the "newness" factor will lead to that dramatic number on the first weekend more than any sustained trend. Overall, I think these type of social sites will greatly benefit from phones like the iPhone. And Jawn - Of course you can edit from your iPhone (kinda) I expect in the next OS they will make it more robust than it is now and make it actually usable which will be interesting/ I wont use it much, but then again I dont post to YouTube in the first place.
