Apple chief executive Tim Cook stated yesterday that Apple recognizes that there is room for improvement within the App Store, and that they are currently in the process of giving it a makeover of sorts.
“With over 65,000 applications currently available in the App Store, it can be difficult for users to find new applications with the current categorization methods. Cook said during Tuesday’s earnings report conference call. “Apple has some ideas on how to improve the experience.”
The details are still far and few, but I’m willing to bet that we can probably expect to see changes being made to the App Store within the next few months.
