If you ask me, the only thing scarier (in terms of losing money) than flying an expensive RC airplane is flying an expensive RC airplane with an expensive iPhone 3GS attached. Of course, that is not going to stop someone else from doing just that.
A recently surfaced video, which is appropriately titled “Crazy guy puts new iPhone 3GS on RC plane” shows what appears to be an iPhone 3GS being set to record and strapped to the bottom of an RC plane. All in all, a neat idea, but this was an idea that perhaps is a little better in concept.
Overall, there were a few nice shots from the video, but at times, the engine noise, along with trouble getting a focused shot made the video slightly hard to watch. That said, the landing was pretty neat to watch.
