There has been plenty of action lately in terms of eBook readers for the iPhone. We had recently seen the introduction of the B&N eReader app, however two other existing apps have also been updated. Those apps include Stanza as well as Classics.
As far as the Stanza app, according to the change log, it has been updated to offer iPhone OS 3.0 compatibility as well as adding book annotations and improved page turning animations. This update brings the app up to version 1.9.
The update for the Classics app is also touting something nice — additional content. This update brings Classics up to version 1.3 and adds “Through the Looking Glass” by Lewis Carroll, “The Odysssey” by Homer and “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu. Additionally, it was also noted that this update “fixed ordering in the chapter list of “Flatland.”
Both Stanza (available for free) and Classics (priced at $0.99) remain available in the App Store.

I have both Stanza and Classics and love them.
They are far and away my most favourite iPhone apps!
