We have recently seen the news that a deal between Apple and China Unicom has been reached and we now have (what appear to be) real world images of the iPhone itself.
According to the details, of which I am having to trust Google Translate because of my lack of ability to read Chinese, suggest that there is not any Wi-Fi setting on the iPhone in the below image.
Additionally, a few details that are said to be discovered courtesy of China’s State Radio Regulatory Commission (SRRC) website include that the iPhone offers GSM/WCDMA compatibility as well as Bluetooth and received approval on May 7, 2009.
Now we just need to see China Unicom begin to offer this to customers, however in the meantime, it seems that an actual launch is inching closer and closer.
