I'm really hoping that Google will put together a really nice web app. It really shouldn't matter that the app is browser-based (at least if you are syncing contacts with Google Apps)as the browser app would already be open to the Google Voice page, and should therefore open faster than a native app would. It would be the next best thing to having GV Mobile native on the phone. The day Apple decides to attempt blocking individual websites will be the day I file a class action lawsuit against them.
