Here we have yet another option in terms of an iPhone case, except this one is both a case and wallet combination. Honestly I am not sure this is the first of its kind, more than likely not, but it is the first that seems to have caught my attention.
Anyway, this latest case and wallet combo is called the Lightweight and comes by way of a company called Pocketpack. As you can see from the image to the right, the Lightweight offers a simple design and does just what you would expect — protects your iPhone and also holds a few items that would normally be in your wallet. Or for me, the items that would normally be littering my pocket, because I generally never carry a wallet.
Feature wise the Pocketpack Lightweight will allow you to carry some cash and “2-3 cards.” Additionally, it also has a white LED flashlight, open access to all ports and controls, is fully dockable without being removed from the case and is made from a durable polycarbonate and ships with a screen protection kit.
Finally, as of now it does not look like there is a set date when this will be available, instead the website simply lists the case as shipping “this fall.” In terms of price, expect to pay $34.99.

I think a lot of us would luv to have something like this but our wallets are bulging. I don’t think most of us could get by with just a few bills and a couple of credit cards.

Agreed, I still see many people carrying the bulky wallet which usually ends up looking funny in a back pocket or being carried in their hand. Personally, I have long since given up the bulk and ditched everything for only a bank card and license as everyday items.

Clever idea but then if you loose/get it stolen your really screwed!
