In an email that came just a few hours ago, literally, it was sent at 4:03 am, Apple has confirmed that they will be offering a Black Friday sale.

The email, which was simply titled “This Friday: Our biggest shopping event of the year” unfortunately gave little clues as to what deals will be found. In fact other than the title there was very little text included.

“TGI Friday
Especially this Friday.”

The special one-day Apple shopping event.
Friday, November 27. Shop online or enjoy extended hours in our retail stores.”

And that was it, of course as many have done in past years, begin to inspect and dissect the graphic that was included (which can be seen here to the right). Not sure if that will give any clues, but there does appear to be some iPod’s (a nano and touch) along with more than a few other goodies.
