I use both Tweet Deck and HootSuite, but I prefer HootSuite, primarily due to its 'scheduling' feature. I also find Hootsuite out-performs TweetDeck in its ability to manage multiple Twitter profiles. Their tab + column interface is much better than TweetDeck's column-only approach. Hootsuite also offers great stats. Plus, since HootSuite is web-driven, I can simply keep another tab open in Firefox, versus running yet another software application (TweetDeck) and slowing down my MacBook. When the Hootsuite app comes out, I may drop TweetDeck altogether. I'm excited to that HootSuite will soon offer an iPhone app!
