Have you ever seen the America’s Most Wanted show? It’s about the most wanted criminals in America, missing children, and crime re-enactments. In all honesty, sometimes I watch that show to feel like a super detective. Well, now I can live out my fantasy even further by adding the Most Wanted app to my iPhone or iTouch.

The Most Wanted app, by NIC, is a basic breakdown of the show directly on your device. For starters, you can browse through the shows main topics like: Top ten most wanted, missing kids, and most wanted terrorists. But then you can go into detail in each subject. In the Top ten most wanted and most wanted terrorists section, you’ll be able to view recent pictures, read descriptions, and even view their criminal activity. The app even comes with a link that can guide you to alerting the FBI if you have any information.

The app also hosts a missing child section. In this section, you can browse through pages of missing children. Each child has a picture, description, and last known location. You also have access to information on contacting the local authorities of the area under investigation.

Over all, the interface of the app is well done. Navigation is easy and I didn’t find any major bugs. The app is pretty bare when it comes to extra features, but it gets the job done. The app is completely free so it’s definitely worth checking out. Who knows, you could end up catching an international criminal!
