I know first hand the dilemma that faces millions of iPhone users everyday, going over on your minutes or texts because you don’t know which of your friends has AT&T. The apps function is pretty basic yet incredibly useful. Once you download it from the app store, all you do is allow talkFree to scan your contact list. It will then mark each contact you can talk to absolutely free with an (iN) symbol. The scan takes just a few minutes and seems to be one hundred percent accurate. You can also input a number not in your contact list to check if its free or not, and the app will either respond with “free minutes” or “eats minutes”.
