The official Flickr app has just been given an update, which brings the most recent version up to 1.1. The Flickr app was, and remains a free download, in fact this most recent update simply added a few welcomed additions.

As far as what it new, according to the “What’s new in this version” we can expect:

• You can now upload multiple photos and videos at the same time
• You can now edit titles, descriptions, sets, tags, and privacy controls for your photos and videos

Both new features seem like ones that will be welcomed. Personally, I rarely upload more than a single image from my iPhone and tend to upload my images by email and stick to the Flickr app for viewing. That said, it is nice to see the app receive an update.
