As of this morning, Twitter users will have another app available for the iPhone — HootSuite. Personally I am excited about this one, mainly because I have been using the web app on my Mac and PC for a while.

Now, putting aside my enthusiasm for a moment, the app is priced at $1.99. But I should point out that price is noted as being for a limited time. According to the posting, the app is currently 33% off and will go up to the regular price on December 17.

Feature wise, the HootSuite app has support for the important items to include multiple accounts, Twitter lists, the ability to schedule tweets for a future time and analytics that are synced with your desktop HootSuite account.

But perhaps the feature that excites me most is the integration with your Hootsuite web account. Which means current web users can simply login and begin using the app. A quick login, and my multiple accounts along with all of my saved searches were at my fingertips on my iPhone.

Of course, while that seems nice, some time with the app will be necessary to see if it will be able to overthrow my current favorites of TwitBird Pro and Tweetie 2.
