Of course, assuming we see the unveiling of iPhone OS 4.0 the jailbreak scene is going to become very unstable for a while, and given that I would not necessarily recommend now as a time to begin jailbreaking. But just in case you already are, here is another app that makes me willing to jailbreak. Because for me its all about the ability to make my iPhone a little more usable, and being able to fit more app icons on each screen and therefor use less screens is better in my book.
The app is called Shrink, and can be found in Cydia. It is also not a free app, but is low priced at just $0.99.
As for what Shrink can do, that is simple and just like the name implies — it lets the user shrink down their app icons. Using the app is simple, just launch it, decide what percentage (of the original) that you want your icons to be and then click the respring button to make the changes.

Users, be aware though, that if the icon has not been created for that theme, it will stay normal size, at least that's what I read. It's worth a shot, but just in case you do see a bigger icon, it's probably due to it not being created for the theme.
