Earlier this month I attended CES, and one of the press events that I stopped in at was for Music Skins. Now, Music Skins is not a new company by any means, but they were announcing a new offering — Beatles branded skins. I was also sent one of the skins, a John Lennon design before CES so I could check out the quality. Well, they were great to say the least. The decals are made from 3M vinyl and the durability almost goes without saying. But in addition, the design is nicely done, both in terms of the layout on the iPhone, but also quality. I have had this skin on for about two months and have not seen any scratching, fading or anything else that would make me want to replace it. Bottom line — I would recommend a Music Skin for anyone that wants a music themed design for their iPhone. Of course, they also offer skins for a variety of other devices including iPods, PSP’s, netbooks, laptops and many other mobile phones. But getting back to the CES announcement — they have Beatles skins — and they are awesome. But that last thought is helped by the fact that I am a huge Beatles fan. And just to close this out, the skins for the iPhone are selling for $15.

I agree that these are pretty awesome skins. I personally prefer the artsy type that Gelaskin makes, but if you are a music diehard, you should look into these as well. It’s too bad we have not gotten around to creating a video showing how easy it is to put these skins on and off.
@Robert, did you saw the Iapeel (iapeel.com) product. Just like musicskins or gelaskins, except you print your own designs on them. There was a guy at the booth that had this huge tatoo on his arm. The exhibitor took a picture of his tatto and turned it into a skin right there. That guy was jumping up and down. It was quite funny.
