SugarSync app gets an update, now at version 1.54

SugarSync is one of the favorite apps on my iPhone, partly because it acts as a backup for the files on my iMac and partly because it allows me to access those files (from my iPhone) while on the go. Sort of dual-featured in that respect. But that aside, the SugarSync team has been offering updates to include support for other devices and also making improvements to the currently available apps, such as the one for the iPhone.

The SugarSync app for the iPhone was recently updated to version 1.54 and while there were not any new features added this is an update that should make any current users happy. The update has added “improved photo upload speed” as well as the ability to “select photo quality.” Additionally, and perhaps my favorite was;

“Stability improvements under low memory conditions.”

As it has been in the past, the SugarSync app is available as a free download. The price of the service depends on the level of storage that you choose, which ranges from free for 2GB of storage up to $24.99 a month for 250GB of storage.
