We heard the good news earlier this month, and the updated version of the SlingPlayer Mobile app is now available. This update brings the app up to version 1.2 and with that comes the additional functionality of being able to stream your home television over your 3G connection.

The updated app is currently available in the App Store (link below) and selling for $29.99. Of course, those who had already purchased the app will get the 3G functionality as a free update.
