This video is a few days old, it was actually from last Thursday night, but it is an interesting 23 minutes worth of video covering the iPad. The beginning does have some of the stuff you have most likely already seen such as the basic specs and a few clips from the Keynote announcement, however once you get passed that it goes into some good discussion with Walt Mossberg, Michael Arrington and David Carr.
