iPhone OS 4 isn’t even available to consumers, but a quick-fingered hacker by the name of iH8snow claims to have already jailbroken it, no real surprise there.

In response to a question regarding whether or not he had plans to jailbreak OS 4, iPhone hacker iH8sn0w replied (via twitter) “I already have. .” The hacker has also posted the keys here and says he plans to release the jailbroken version of OS 4 soon.

I’m guessing that since OS 4 is still in beta, Apple will be able to patch this jailbreak pretty easily. In my opinion, it would have been a bit smarter to wait until the OS was released to the public before jailbreaking it.
