Just in case anyone was worried or wondering about the state of carrier unlocks for iPhone OS 3.1.3 or OS 4.0 — according to MuscleNerd;

”
Of course, if more people that were jailbroken and/or unlocked were a little more cautious or patient about upgrading their software — this would not be an issue (at least for 3.1.3 users). That said, its still nice to know the carrier unlocks will be arriving sooner as opposed to later.

I want to jailbreak and unlock my new iphone 4. All sites only have unlock iphone 3.1.3 3GS. Any help anyone?
