Price-wise, in the USA the new iPhone 4 will be $199 for the 16GB version and $299 for the 32GB, both on a 24 month contract. AT&T will be offering any subscribers whose contract expires during 2010 the chance to upgrade now without any additional charges. The iPhone 3GS drops to $99 for the 8GB and as expected, the 3G has been discontinued.

This seems quite a lot cheaper than previous iPhone's, or is that my lack of knowledge?
With all the new features, I believe the price is very reasonable.
What are the prices if you want to buy the iPhone without a plan?

I can't wait to get my hands on one of these – I'm hoping to get one free but will probably buy one because I can't wait 2 weeks! I'm so impatient.
I think the price is awesome, it's going to attract a good many more people
