Recent survey seems to state the obvious; iPad users are a happy bunch

A recent survey of iPad users is making one thing clear and for some it may seem like the results are simply restating the obvious — for the most part, iPad users are a satisfied bunch. Given that, the survey is coming courtesy of the Technologizer and included 6,000 iPad users. Further breaking that down, the group was split as follows — 62% are iPad Wi-Fi users and the remaining 38% were iPad 3G users. Additionally, 71% live in the US and about a third of the group made their iPad purchase on April 3rd. In short, this is mostly a US centric set of results coming from early adopters.

In terms of the stats, 73% said they frequently use the iPad to do things they normally would have done a regular computer. And 61% say that are using the iPad to do things they normally would have done on a smartphone.

Interestingly enough, 98% of those surveyed said they were either “totally, very, or somewhat satisfied” with their purchase. And only 2% were unhappy. Furthermore, considering cost and you now have 64% saying it was an extremely good value with 32% saying it was somewhat good and only 3% unhappy.

In the end, like I said earlier — the results seem logical to me. Of course, I am one of those happy and satisfied users so its easy for me to fall into that mind set. With that, hit the via link below to fill your mind with a bunch more survey related stats…
