You’d be Crazy not to Wall-Mount the New Pioneer KODO NAW1!

Pioneer have launched a new iPod/iPhone dock, called the KODO XW-NAW1, and it’s one of their most attractive yet.  Although the pack contains a stand to support the KODO if you’re placing it on a table or your A/V stand, it would be such a shame not to wall-mount it thanks to its ultra-thin construction and modern design.

The cutout in the KODO is big enough for the iPhone or iPod Touch – no iPad docking here – and charges your device once it’s plugged in, plus there are a set of component outputs around the back, so video can be sent to your TV screen.  A remote control is supplied, or you can use the touch-sensitive controls which run along the bottom of the unit.

Pioneer haven’t provided the exact specs of the speakers inside the 83mm thick KODO, other than the fact they will be two-way, 30W items, but despite the length of the speaker enclosure, we presume it will hold a pair rather than any more.

If you like the look of the KODO XW-NAW1, it’s yours for £199 starting from September in the UK, with an international release schedule to be announced later on.
