The list of magazines heading towards publication on the iPad grows again, with gadget focused title T3 announced by Future Publishing.  It will be Future’s first custom-made magazine for the iPad and is being built by the house’s own development team using the same tools used to create the Sports Illustrated and TIme iPad apps.

Speaking to The Guardian, Future’s publishing director says T3 is an ideal fit for iPad owners and they are ‘working hard to ensure T3: iPad Edition gives readers the quality and authority of the print magazine, combined with the unique interactivity and functionality the iPad platform provides.’

According to the article, the app will contain interactive image galleries, 360-degree animation and exclusive video content.

T3: iPad Edition will be a monthly publication and be released inside the App Store on the same day as the print edition goes on sale.  The price has yet to be confirmed, but it’s expected to be a single charge for each edition.  The first issue is due to land during autumn.
