Tech Candy Targets Female iPhone Owners with Latest Case Range
January 13, 2011 | Andy Boxall

Tech Candy is the company behind the Jet Set Collection, a series of iPhone and iPad cases designed by women, for women. Tired of finding little in the way of fashionable by still functional cases, the Tech Candy team just designed their own, and we think what they’ve come up with is pretty innovative.
There are four designs, all of which have been inspired by key architectural themes from around the world, named Barcelona, Bordeaux, New York and Shanghai. The cases come in two parts, a soft silicone inner sleeve covered by an outer polycarbonate hard shell, and each set comes with a choice of two silicone sleeves in different colors, allowing you to mix and match. This can be taken a step further if you buy more than one set, as all the parts are interchangeable.
The pictures show the Home button, the sleep/wake key and the volume controls as being covered, while the mute switch, camera lens and headphone socket remain uncovered. To complete the co-ordinated look, you can download matching wallpaper for your phone too. In addition to the iPhone 4 cases, Tech Candy also produce iPad cases with the same design.
The iPhone 4 case sets, with two silicone skins and an outer shell, cost $29.99, while the iPad cases are priced at $45.99; and can be ordered from Tech Candy’s website, although unfortunately, the site doesn’t offer international shipping yet.
Any female readers – or male too, of course – care to comment on what they think of Tech Candy’s designs, and whether you’d be happy to wrap your iPhone 4 in one of their cases?

Fashionable and durable. Really cool that you can download a screen saver that matches your case too. I'm purchasing for sure.
Finally some stylish iphone covers. There are tons and tons of iphone covers but most are ugly or tacky. These are really nice.
