Project, the iPad-only monthly magazine, gets its third issue today, and it should be available to download as you read this.  If the cover is anything to go by, this issue looks like it could be the best yet; just take a look at the outrageous video below!

The man in the Branson costume is Stephen Colbert, and he is interviewed by Sir Richard himself in the magazine, which should make for very interesting reading given their turbulent history!  Other features include Oscar coverage, a Daily-baiting 360-degree photoshoot and an interview with the team at 37 Signals.

For $2.99/£1.79, Project represents good value for money in my view, as I’ve read the previous two issues in their entirety; whereas with The Daily, I ignore the whole of the sports section and usually the editorials too.  It’s nothing to do with content, it’s just they’re not relevant to me personally.

If you’ve not read Project before, you can grab the free app here, then pay via in-app purchase for each individual issue.  We wonder how long it’ll be before they announce a subscription deal.

Oh, and the video does contain brief nudity, so beware if you’re watching at work YouTube didn’t appreciate the nakedness, and have removed the video.  However Vimeo don’t mind!
