Yet Another Version of iOS 4.3 Released, iOS 4.3.5 Out Now

Just ten days ago, iOS 4.3.4 was released, a firmware update fixing a problem with the way iOS handles PDF files in Safari, which allowed jailbreak services such as jailbreakme.com to function.  Now we’ve got another version of iOS 4.3 to download, and unsurprisingly it’s called iOS 4.3.5.

Plugging in your iPhone, iPod or iPad into iTunes will prompt the ‘New Firmware Version’ box to pop up, so you should be able to download and apply the new software now.  But, I hear you ask, is there anything exciting inside?

The answer is no, as the particularly non-descriptive information box says it ‘fixes a security vulnerability with certificate validation’.  Security updates are always important, so despite it not being very exciting, it’s best to install it anyway.

Version 4.3.5 is for the GSM iPhone 4, the iPhone 3GS, the iPad and iPad 2, and the 3rd and 4th generation iPod Touch.  Verizon iPhone 4 users will find iOS 4.2.10 ready to download to fix the same issue.
