Looking for a new app this weekend?  Here are ten great new apps for the iPhone and iPad that you may want to check out!

Sky Sports News for iPad.

Catch up with all the latest sports news direct from Sky News.  If you’re already a Sky TV subscriber the app is free, if not then you can pay a £4.99 per month subscription.  Free, UK-only.

Banksy London Tour.

Use an interactive map to discover legendary graffiti artist Banksy’s surviving artwork still dotted around London.  There are 24 in all, and the app has historical information on each piece.  £1.99, UK-only.

Super Crate Box.

A conversion of the popular PC game, this arcade game is universal for the iPhone and the iPad.  The idea is simple, collect as many crates as you can in the time allowed.  $0.99/£0.69.

Streetbike: Full Blast.

The latest motorcycle racing game for the iPhone, this time from Chillingo.  There are plenty of bikes to unlock as you progress – or you can pay to unlock them all using an in-app purchase – and nine leagues to race in.  $0.99/£0.69.

Race Against Time.

A cute platform game from the Tate Modern Art Gallery, with 12 levels inspired by classic works of art, optimized Retina Display graphics and lots of bonuses to unlock.  Free.

The Magician’s Handbook: Cursed Valley HD.

A new hidden object game from G5 Entertainment, this time especially for the iPad.  The app has Game Center support, 13 levels, mini games and as usual, excellent graphics.  $4.99/£2.99.

InstaFlow.

A new way to explore the millions of pictures uploaded to Instagram.  Your own pictures are stored in stacks, where a tap opens images related to it, or you can search for keywords, read comments and also zoom in and out of images.  Free.

7Digital+.

If you’re a 7Digital subscriber, you’ll need the music service’s newest iPhone app, which syncs with your locker for offline listening.  Free.

Pocket League Story.

Sim specialists Kairosoft turn their attention to soccer in their latest game, where you manage a team of players, train them up and play to win!  The current price is 25% off for the launch.  $2.99/£1.99.

Brisksaber.

A hack ‘n slash game with lightsabers made to tie-in with The Phantom Menace’s release in 3D.  Free.
